退換貨說明:

本店商品是屬於內衣類別,所以為了衛生考量不接受退貨。

購買前請確認購買款式及尺寸,根據消費者保護法之規定內衣褲等個人衛生用品一經折封則無法享有七天猶豫期之權益且不得辦理退貨。

商品出貨前都會詳細嚴格再次檢查過款式和品質,並且隨貨當天附品保檢查 "OK" 

本店只有在下列情況下接受退貨及退款:

1. 如有寄錯款式我們會給予退/換貨。

2. 程序:(聯繫本店 e-mail →上傳退貨照片(留言)→ 本店審核→ 本店回覆 接受退貨 或 拒絕退貨)

3. 退货商品照片經本店確認後,會回覆您後續退款程序。

4. 任何退換貨商品寄回前,請先與本店e-mail: contact@kanaanbutik.com 聯繫, 收到本店 "OK" 確認後再寄出,否則無法受理。

5. 退貨商品務必附帶: 收到貨時的完整原始包裝、商品無配戴痕跡,保持商原樣。

6. 退/換貨拒收運費到付件。

7. 若工廠臨時通知訂單上的款式缺貨或斷貨。在這情況下,本店會將另行通知客戶,而客人可選擇退款,或是另換別的相同價格的款式

以下情況不多於退/換貨/退费 範圍

A) 訂單取消:

本商店是小本私人預購團購網,所有工廠都在遙遠的南美洲巴西。客人下單後,本店就立即向工廠訂貨。若客人要取消訂單,並且無法在訂單下單後 24 小時內取消,本店不接受訂單取消,也無法退費。

B) 尺寸:

尺寸不對:購買前請確認購買款式及尺寸,根據消費者保護法之規定內衣褲等個人衛生用品一經拆封則無法享有七天猶豫期之權益且不得辦理退貨。

C) 其他原因:

1. 款式、花紋 不是所想像的

2. 覺得產品、太厚、太薄、太大、太小或和圖片不一樣或跟想像中不一樣等退換貨原因。

3. 如有瑕疵而是因為消費者不適當使用,也沒有按照廠商的注意事項 而造成損壞。(請點如這裡 "如何保護您的泳衣" )

4. 不影響整體穿戴的瑕疵,如內裡、邊角等不明顯處開線,縫製不齊,淡色布料上的小污點。

5. 實物與圖片略有小差別,如鈕扣、邊角. 因為帶圖案布料在紡織過程會受到位子調整,與商店上展示的照片有所區別。

6. 實物品質與圖片有差距,如面料使用、做工精細度等。

 Refund / Return Instructions:

The products in this shop belong to the underwear category, so we do not accept returns for hygiene reasons.

Before purchasing, please confirm the style and size of the purchase. According to the Taiwan Consumer Protection Law, underwear and other personal hygiene products will not be able to enjoy the rights of the seven-day hesitation period after being sealed and cannot be returned.

Before the goods are shipped to customers, the style and quality are strictly checked again in each detail, and the quality assurance check will be attached with the day of the goods.

The shop accepts returns and refunds only under the following circumstances:

1. If we send the wrong style, we will give a return/exchange.

2. Return Procedure: (Contact our shop e-mail → upload return photos (message) → review of our shop → reply from our shop Accept returns.

3. After the photo of the returned product is confirmed by our store, it will reply to your subsequent refund process.

4. Before sending back any returned goods, please contact our store e-mail: contact@kanaanbutik.com, and then send it after receiving our store "OK" confirmation, otherwise it will not be accepted.

5.The returned goods must be in the complete original packaging. the same as when the goods are received, and there is not traces of wearing the goods.

6. All collect freight is refused for return / replacement processes.

7. If the factory temporarily informs that the style you purchased is out-of-stock or phased out, in this case, the shop will notify the customer separately, and the customer can choose to get the refund or replace another style with the same price.

The following conditions are not illegible for return / exchange / refund:

A) Order Cancel:

This is a small private pre-order/ group buy mode store, all factories are locate in the remote South America. After the customer places the order, our shop immediately orders from the factory. If the guest wants to cancel the order and cannot cancel within 24 hours after the order is sent to us, the shop will not accept the order cancellation and no refund will be processed.

B) Size:

Wrong size: Please reconfirm the style, size and quantity of the purchase, before confirm your payment. According to the Consumer Protection Law, underwear and other personal hygiene products are not illegible to the rights of the 7-day period after being received by customer and cannot be returned.

C) Other reasons:

1. Styles and patterns are not what you imagined

2. Have different impression that the product is too thick, too thin, too big, too small or different from the picture or not as expected.

3. If there are defects, caused by improper use by the consumer, and maintenance procedure was not followed according to the manufacturer's precautions advices (Please click here  "How to take care of your beachwear" at the bottom of each store page)

4. Does not affect the overall wear impression, such as the inner line, corners and other unobvious threads, uneven sewing, small stains on light-colored fabrics.

5. There is a slight difference between the actual product and the picture of the online store, such as buttons and corners. Because the patterned fabric will be adjusted during the textile process, it might cause tiny differences from the photos displayed in the store.

6. There is a gap between the physical quality and the pictures, such as the type of fabrics and the fineness of workmanship.
